In this regard, DELTA INVEST GV S.R.L. collaborates with partners (Transaction Manager) in London (UK) and Zürich (Switzerland) who are in direct contact with international financiers. Together with the Transaction Manager we can obtain financing (loans) for various new investment projects or existing business development.
The basic criteria for obtaining funding are the following:
1. The value of the project proposed for financing must be at least 10,000,000 euros.
It is not financed below this value.
2. The project initiator (developer) must have substantial (proven) experience in the field of activity proposed in the project, or at least in a similar field.
For example: a developer of photovoltaic parks that expands in wind energy, etc.
If the project developer does not have proven experience in the field proposed in the project, he must prove that the project and the subsequent conduct of the business will be done by employees with proven experience in the field proposed in the project.
3. The developer proposing the project must be a company that is active in that field, or in a similar field, is profitable and has no major bank debts, so that it can be used as collateral to borrow money.
For example: an existing, profitable business that needs a loan to grow.
4. If the company proposing the project cannot be placed as collateral (because it has other creditors), it must have available capital with which to contribute a share to the proposed investment in the project (minimum 30% of the value of the proposed investment ).
Depending on the proposed project, DELTA INVEST GV S.R.L. in collaboration with the Transaction Manager will look for the right financier in the international financial market.
The financier interested in financing the proposed project will send a personalized financing offer in which he will clearly explain the conditions under which the requested financing will be granted.
The project developer will analyze the funding offer and decide whether to accept it or not.
If the project developer accepts the proposed financing offer, the financing contract (loan) will be drafted and signed.
Sales services for renewable energy projects
